The Moment You've Been Waiting For… Hooked on Rittman – Kids Fishing Derby is Here!

The wait is over—and a brand-new tradition is ready to make its splash!

Join The Rittman Rec Center and the Rittman Chamber Saturday, July 26th during the 2025 Sleepwalker Festival for the first-ever Hooked on Rittman: Kids Fishing Derby!

This free event is open to children 15 and under, inviting young anglers to experience the thrill of fishing, community camaraderie, and a little friendly competition.

Bait will be provided, and there are prizes for winners in each age bracket, so whether they’re casting for the first time or already hooked on fishing, every kid’s got a shot at reeling in some fun!

Pre-registration is required and can be completed in one of three ways:
